As graphic designers, how can we apply architectural concepts and forms to our work? How can the surface and structure of a poster relate to architecture? 

This project of allowing architecture to inspire an interactive, informative, and 3d poster was assigned by my professor, Kelly Salchow, during my Spatial Design course at Michigan State University. We researched an architect whose work and ideology served as a starting point for our project—I chose Tadao Ando.

I took this project a step farther and create a short-portfolio book that briefly goes over Ando’s work and my thought process in creating these posters.
